Zainabiyya Day at Hujjat Stanmore

On Wednesday 6th April 2016, Stanmore Jamaat held a programme for senior citizens from around the UK.  The Zainabiyya Day programme included various speeches and lectures and was attended by The World Federation’s Head of Islamic Education, Shaykh Kumail Rajani.

Shaykh Kumail gave a short speech on the activities of The World Federation and the work that he was involved in.

Shaykh Kumail discussed the Madrasah Centre of Excellence (MCE) programme, the relationships that The World Federation team have built with the Marajae, including the recent meeting with Ayatullah Ishaq Fayyaz.

He also discussed the Ask an Alim service and the Khoja Heritage Project (KHP), which aims to preserve our culture and history.

Shaykh Kumail said ‘I really enjoyed the programme at Stanmore with the senior citizens and I was overwhelmed by their presence and appreciation.’

The feedback received from attendees was fantastic and we would like to thank the Senior Citizens team at Stanmore Jamaat for giving us this opportunity.
